Running a business is hard. Managing people, writing content, replying to emails, updating websites… it never ends.
So I did something most entrepreneurs would never dream of:
I let AI run my business for 7 days. No assistants. No freelancers. Just ChatGPT, Zapier, and a few other smart tools.
Here’s what happened — the wins, the breakdowns, and what I’d do differently next time.
📦 What My Business Does
I run a simple digital business:
- I sell digital templates and prompt packs
- I have an email list and small YouTube channel
- I use a Notion dashboard to manage tasks, social posts, and product creation
My average monthly revenue is around $5,000–$8,000, mostly from affiliate links, courses, and digital products.
Now it was time to let the robots take over.
🧠 The Tools I Used
- ChatGPT-4o (Pro) – my primary AI assistant
- Zapier – to connect apps & automate tasks
- Notion – for content calendars and project tracking
- Canva – to generate AI visuals and thumbnails
- MailerLite – for email sequences and opt-ins
I created a custom GPT called “AutoManager” that had my brand’s tone, links to my tools, and access to my task workflows.
Then, I stepped back.
